This is a company registered in the African Country of Kenya. This service includes the domestic formation of either an African Company or a Foreign subsidiary operating in Africa as well as standard legal business compliance. We will contact you after purchase in order to obtain the following (Underlined requirements are only for clients who wish to have their Kenyan Corporation owned by their foreign company aka the company you own in your current locality) & gather information on your business;

• We’ll need three proposed company names.
• We provide you with a Virtual Address and 1 year of membership at a co-working facility
• We need A copy of your passport with the biographical data page
• Passport photos (these can be created for free with an app and sent to us digitally)
• Your current residential address & phone number
• This company can ONLY LEASE property but NOT OWN IT! If you want to be able to own land you need to use the “Land Holding” version of this service.
• a certified/notarized copy of the company’s certificate of incorporation or registration in its place of origin (or similar document). If the company’s certificate of incorporation and charter is not in English, a certified translation should be provided. (You can normally get things notarized for free at any bank where you have a bank account. If you are unable to notarize we can have our legal team notarize your paperwork in Africa remotely)
• a certified/notarized copy of the company’s constitution, the Charter, Statutes, Articles, or other instruments defining the constitution of the company or the equivalent, If the company’s constitution is not in English, a certified translation should be provided.
